Best Price Guarantee

If within the same month and 7 days of purchase you find a comparable better offer than the one you have purchased with Sensius, we will refund the difference to you.

Top-Up Policy

Existing clients who have purchased a course of laser with Sensius and require top-up sessions, will receive top-up sessions on the same area of the original course purchased with us, at 10% discount.
This policy only applies to hair removal treatments.


Refund Policy

If during laser hair removal consultation it is determined that client is not suitable for laser hair removal treatment, the purchase will be refunded on the consultation day. Once started Sensius laser clinic is happy to issue refunds if client has a certified letter from a medical practitioner stating they are unsuitable for treatment due to a medical condition listed as a contraindication in Sensius Consult form. Refunds can only be dealt with by Management. Sensius does not issue cash refunds, but will issue a credit note. Refunds will not be given once course has commenced unless in the events above mentioned. In any case, refunds will not be issued for pregnancy, leaving the country or change of mind. After treatments have commenced, a refund will be given based on the price quoted for Pay As You Go and not at discounted price


Consultation Booking Policy

In order to secure consultations we do require credit/laser card details. Consultations are free of charge, however if failure to give 8 hours notice of cancelation there will be a charge of €20.

Shaving Policy

Sensius laser clinic are happy to provide a service of shaving for a fee of €30 per area (bikini lines not included).

HS Tips

Please note that HS tips must be purchased separately. HS Tips cannot be shared and must be brought to all appointments since without it treatment can´t be performed and client will need to buy another tip to have the session.

Cancelation Policy

Due to our busy schedule and our aim being to accommodate clients to the best of our ability, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancelation and if you are running late please call ahead and notify us.
Failure to not show up for more than one scheduled appointment will result in a treatment been deducted from your course of treatment.

Right to Refuse

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, Sensius reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at its own discretion.


Expiry Date

Purchases are valid for the time periods specified below:

Laser Hair Removal/Tattoo Removal

·       Per session – 3 months

·       Course of 3 – 12 months

·       Course of 6 – 18 months

·       Course of 9 –  24 months

Skin Treatments

·       Single Purchase – 12 months

·       Course – 12 months

Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months after purchase. 


Package Policy

For all packages purchased, multiple area sessions must be performed at the same time. For example, sessions for legs, bikini and under arm should not be split into separate clinic visits. If a client decides not to perform a treatment in a particular area, this will still be deducted from the course.
