Best Price Guarantee

If within the same month and 7 days of purchase you find a comparable better offer than the one you have purchased with Sensius, we will refund the difference to you.

Top-Up Policy

Existing clients who have purchased a course of laser with Sensius and require top-up sessions, will receive top-up sessions on the same area of the original course purchased with us, at 25% discount.

This policy only applies to hair removal treatments.

Refund Policy

Sensius laser clinic are happy to issue refunds once the client has a certified letter from a medical practitioner stating they are unsuitable for treatment due to a medical condition listed as a contraindication in Sensius Consult form.

Refunds will not be given course has commenced.  Refunds will not be issued for pregnancy, leaving the country or change of mind. Sensius Clinic do not issue cash refunds, but will issue a credit note. Refunds can only be dealt with by Management. 

After treatments have commenced, a refund will be given based on the price quoted for PAYG and not at discounted price. 

Consultation Booking Policy

In order to secure consultations we do require credit/laser card details. Consultations are free of charge, however if failure to give 8 hours notice of cancelation there will be a charge of €20.

Shaving Policy

Sensius laser clinic are happy to provide a service of shaving for a fee of €30 per area (bikini lines not included).

Cancelation Policy

Due to our busy schedule and our aim being to accomadate clients to the best of our ability, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancelation and if you are running late please call ahead and notify us. 

Failure to not show up for more than one scheduled appointment will result in a treatment been deducted from your course of treatment.

Free Laser Hair Removal Promotion

Sensius offers a free Laser hair removal session to first time customers to see how laser works.  A test patch and fill a consultation form is required prior to the session.  No more than one free session per customer.

Refer a Friend Programme

• 1 free session to the value of €50 goes onto the clients file who referred. This client who referred must be on a course or had a course with us, does not apply to PAYG.
• Clients can use it on an area they are having done or can have it done on a different area.
• The client who was referred, gets a 7th treatment free on the course they purchase.
• If you refer someone to the clinic, that person must tell us your full name during their initial consultation.
• The referral programme is void if it is not mentioned at the first appointment.
• You are free to refer as many friends as you like, but will only receive the discount if your friend purchases a course (6 sessions) of treatments at consultation or before their first treatment.
• The referral programme does not apply to prepaid programs that have already been paid, regardless if the full amount has been paid or not. 
• The free session may not be transferred to another client.
• The referral programme will expire after one year from the date it is applied to the account.
• May not be combined with other offers or discounts.
